Extensive experience of infrastructure design and supervision for major housing, office, industrial and retail developments within England and Wales. Offering expertise in the design of highway and sewerage schemes, drainage studies, flood risk, sustainable drainage and services from concept through to completion.
Nick Adams
Director - Marksbury Office
28 years experience including 14 years within the house building industry, and 11 years at Redrow Homes as Design Engineer and 3 years as Technical Manager. Extensive experience in detailed design and a clear understanding of the practicalities of design and client expectations.
George Ballard
Director - Marksbury Office
A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 15 years experience working in the civil engineering design for new residential developments which includes the design of Highways, Sustainable Drainage Systems, Foul & Surface Water Sewers, House / Garage levels and private drainage as well as the preparation of Site Appraisals, Drainage Strategies and Flood Risk Assessments.
Nick Lewis
Director - Cardiff Office
17 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer within the house building industry and multi-disciplinary consultancies with involvement in several sectors including health services, education, retail, media and prisons. Extensive experience in small and large scale developments from concept technical appraisal, detail design through to completion, with experience of highway and sewerage scheme design, drainage strategies, flood risk assessments and sustainable drainage.
James Phillips
Associate Director - Cardiff Office
15 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering industry both as a technician and an Engineer in multi-disciplinary consultancies across multiple sectors including highways, transport, environmental, education, bridges, commercial, residential and general infrastructure. The last 8 years have been spent specialising in residential design from concept through to construction on schemes from small scale Housing Association up to Strategic developer sites with a preference for working on large scale site earthworks design, modelling and site feasibility.
